Cleveland, OH — June 8, 2026 — Ampica is pleased to welcome Joyce Parton as Senior Director of Affinity Programs. With more than 25 years of energy management and organizational leadership experience, Joyce brings a proven track record of supporting customers with cost-reduction and carbon-mitigation strategies for residents, businesses, and manufacturing sectors.

Most recently, Joyce has served for-profit and nonprofit clients in commercial real estate and government agencies through her work at ms consultants, Inc., where she led its energy practice, and as a fractional executive focused on affordable housing for both CNH Housing Partners and the City of Cleveland. Prior to that, she was the Chief Operating Officer for NOPEC and held various roles at Forest City Realty Trust and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, managing the energy procurement portfolio and creating integrated sustainability standards. In her early career, she worked in utilities at East Ohio Gas and for a capital venture firm specializing in the development of new power generation.
Joyce holds an MBA from the University of Akron and a BS in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University. Her extensive experience and relationship-driven approach will play a key role in shaping Ampica’s partner strategy as the company continues to expand its presence and deliver innovative energy solutions for businesses nationwide. She has advocated for clean energy and deregulation as a former Vice Chair of the Real Estate Roundtable and the Institute for Market Transformation and currently serves as a Board Member of Green Energy Ohio.
